I just started my keto diet and this book came as a blessing. One of my friend suggested this to me. I explicitly like the warm heart brocoly soup and the bbq pulled pork. I wouldn't go for Keto just because I thought I had to eat all the tasteless food. But this recipe book made life so easier. Now every day I have something to experiment. Also the recipes are not like the good looking videos, they really taste amazing.
